HOW TO OBTAIN KEYBLED
=====================
KeybLED is presently available as a source tarball, as a Debian package, as
an RPM package for the SuSE 8.1 (Thanks to Hagen Heiduck!), or as an RPM
package for the Mandrake 9.1 (Thanks to Oded Arbel!). If you would like to
contribute a binary package for your favorite distribution, please let me
know!

The latest KeybLED source code tarball can be obtained from
http://keybled.aurel32.net

REQUIREMENTS
============
In order to successfully run KeybLED, you will need Qt >= 3.0.3 and
KDE >= 3.0.

To compile KeybLED, you will also have to have the following packages
installed:
* libqt3-headers >= 3.0.3
* kdelibs4-devel >= 3.0
* poxml >= 2.2
* autoconf >= 2.53
* automake >= 1.6
* GNU C++ compiler. For help on obtaining this, please refer to your
installation documentation.

COMPILATION AND INSTALLATION
============================
In order to compile and install KeybLED on your system, unpack the archive
into a directory and type the following:

% cd keybled-0.65
% ./configure
% make
with "su" you get root rights
% make install

If your KDEDIR variable is not set, don't forget the --prefix=dir argument to
the configure script. "dir" represents the directory where KDE is installed
and depends on your distribution. It is usually either /usr, /opt/kde or
/opt/kde3.

Since KeybLED uses autoconf and automake you should have not trouble compiling
it. Should you run into problems please report them to me
<aurelien@aurel32.net>.
