NAME
    makelist - create a list with a specified number of null members

SYNOPSIS
    makelist(x)

TYPES
    x		int

    return	list

DESCRIPTION
    For non-negative integer x, makelist(x) returns a list of size x
    all members of which have null value.

EXAMPLE
    ; A = makelist(4)
    ; A

    list (4 members, 4 nonzero):
	  [[0]] = NULL
	  [[1]] = NULL
	  [[2]] = NULL
	  [[3]] = NULL

LIMITS
    0 <= x < 2^31
