Cream (for Vim) Version 0.39 Released

The Cream (for Vim) project (http://cream.sourceforge.net) is
preparing to release the latest version of an easy-to-use
configuration for Vim. Cream configures the famous and free Vim text
editor so that it is simple to use for those of us familiar with Apple
or Windows platform software. Through intuitive menus, keyboard
shortcuts, and extensive editing functions, Cream makes Vim
approachable for new users and adds powerful features for experienced
users on both Windows and Linux.

RELEASE SUMMARY

This is the second beta test for a minor release that will coordinate
Cream with recent Vim versions. In addition to now requiring at least
Vim 7.0, Cream now uses only a single session and has added some new
tab controls in the Window menu. Vim modeline handling has also been
improved.
