Songbird is a tiny web hosting business, and is representative of the
many thousands of tiny businesses that have sprung up around the
Internet. As owner, I have been involved in the long, painful
controversies over DNS for well over two years.

I welcome the announcement by IANA of its third revision of the draft
bylaws and the articles of incorporation for the new IANA, and I
strongly endorse them. I am very pleased to note that many of the
concerns that have been raised about the earlier drafts have been
addressed, and that the structure described has a blend of safeguards
and flexibility appropriate for the dynamic world of the Internet.

Kent Crispin
Owner, Songbird
