Help on 'to-upgrade'                                            Feta 1.4.0

'to-upgrade' shows a list of packages that need to be upgraded, along
with the version currently installed, and the version that would be
installed should you run 'feta upgrade' or 'feta dist-upgrade'.

EXAMPLES

This command only has one form:
 $ feta to-upgrade

OTHER REFERENCES
----------------
'to-upgrade' reads from the /var/lib/dpkg/available and status files,
and compares the versions there. 'to-upgrade' is a Feta plugin, and can
be run independent of Feta. It is in /usr/share/feta/plugins.
