Things to do:
-------------

x Add a tcl interpreter extension (see tkqcam)

x Add a tk widget (again, see tkqcam)

o Enhance the X viewer to add controls for brightness, etc.

o Fix odd stripe at left edge

 x Add a probe option

 o Add qcam-to-X-Face script

 o Document the libqcam library

o Reorganize I/O code to make it easier to add bidirectional/serial modes.

o Port to other OS's/non-PC hardware.

x Autodetect QuickCam (see Russell Nelson's code)

o Write man pages for the utilities included.

o Break the Linux-specific code into Unix-specific code (like qc_lock)
and Linux-specific code (like ioperm). There are a few people
interested in ports to non-Unix systems.

o Break the code up even further into PC-specific code, like the
probe code. We don't really need N copies of it laying around. I
don't really want the OS-specific file to be any bigger than it
    has to be.

o Change qc_wait to use udelay under Linux. See the I/O Port HOWTO
    for details.

o Make the lock directory configurable.
